LUTs not working in VDMX

Known bug with NVIDIA GPUs dating back to 10.13 – we reported it to Apple as the issue is in the drivers.

As a general note, once an OS has been around for at least a few minor revisions, it is a good idea to update unless there are any specific known issues / conflicts to avoid; I mention this because generally we are doing development in the latest OS releases. So far in testing VDMX there is only one small GLSL issue in 10.13.x that causes our LUT based FX to not render properly on certain hardware (specifically machines with the NVIDIA 650M / 750M GPUs).
