It just dawned on me - what happens to bug reports (sent from within the app or the crash-startup-dialogue) when the computer is networked, but NOT online on the internet? When I’m in the studio, my systems are online on the internet, but when on stage, I’m on a closed network for NDI cameras.
And its often on stage (or rehearsals) that problems arise, and I report these issues, without much thinking because that’s what I usually do, but suddenly now I realise, I never get any replies for those, maybe because there is no internet when I do that…? Do these reports actually arrive anywhere? Are they queued up and sent whenever there is internet, or do they just disappear?
