I’ve been trying to reinstalling 4 times now with no success.
All the time it freezes with just the preview window appearing on the screen. Does any of you have any suggestion to try to solve this problem?

We haven’t had any similar reports…
- Try deleting the app and re-installing, if you haven’t explicitly tried that.
- Please email us a ‘stack trace’ (launch Activity Monitor, select the app while it is hanging, and use the ‘Sample Application’ option)

I had a problem with EpocCam plugin as David suggested through email. Reinstalled the plugin and vdmx opened smoothly. thank you very much again!

On OSX 10.15 b8.7.1 with the hang issue as well. Below is my activity monitor output. Would love to know if something specifically is making it hang on startup.

You can refer to this wiki doc about support for legacy versions of VDMX. The most recent version of VDMX for 10.15 is b8.7.2.4.
