VDMX asks for serial everytime it opens

Dear Vidvox team, I hope all of you are safe and healthy!
Here 2 questions:

  1. I recently got a new computer with OS 10.14.6. I migrated vdmx from an old computer and then followed the registration (with my serial etc) it did work (yay)…but this window pops up everytime when I open vdmx. How can I stop this?
  2. When I open vdmx it also asks me to download the newest version which I’ve done. But it didn’t work. So I reinstalled the older version I had before. But this is really old…Is there a version available that works well on OS10.14.6?

The latest release should work fine in 10.14.6 – in your email to us please be more specific about “it didn’t work”.
