Urgent License Reset

Hi there!

I am in urgent need of a license reset after a longer break as a VJ and already wrote two mails to your support account (one from my new mail account and on from the dormant mail account used for the license).

So far i got no response…if anyone at Vidvox is seeing this a reset would be highly appreciated!!
