Doesn’t seem to support multi-touch out of the box. And I’m not sure how difficult it is to implement other hardware (touchscreens). It’d be nice to be able to use those cheap 1080p USB-C touchscreens.
Oh I guess you can buy ones that say they support Macos now; although I have to wonder if multi-touch works in applications that would support it.
That would be great! Eager to hear the results. For the Mac software, I think my buddy (who used it with a whiteboard) said it operates like a mouse, so it moves the mouse pointer; rather than having 10 finger touch, which I think it just a limitation of MacOS
I’m seeing the screens for as little as $100. They are 1080p and IPS (which I don’t know if IPS is the LCD tech with good or bad viewing angles. I see some saying they have HDR support for deep blacks, so hopefully they would be good to use in a dark club.)
Additionally, I wonder if these screens could be used as a TouchOSC device. Maybe with a small Android computer, or like a RPI2W.
