I was trying to create a basic text patch with TDIO, and it seems there are some errors in the example TDIO files; things aren’t displaying correctly or are disabled. Perhaps they need review.
On the other hand, I’m trying to create a basic text patch, change its size, font, position, and text color. So far, so good. The problem arises when trying to create the background color. It doesn’t appear as “public with data” in VDMX. The text color uses the string name Rgbacolorinputname, so I can’t name the background color the same; it should be Rgbacolorinputname2 or something like that, but VDMX doesn’t interpret it. What am I doing wrong?
