Student license application not answered

Hi!

It’s been two weeks since me and my friend applied for VDMX student license, but our messages have not been responded. My intention was to act quickly so I could get both, the student discount and the Black Friday discount. I wonder if I’ll still get those. How long it usually takes for VDMX to clarify one’s student license?
