Semi Panic- T appearing in slider and not responding to Midi control

Hey i’ve got a show in 28min. Nano KorgController 2 is controlling slider volume. A ‘T’ has appeared in the slider and i can’t control the volume slider with the Korg any longer. Suggestions?
I’ve restarted vdmx, i’ve disabled all data sources, and reconnected midi to volume slider. The ‘T’ remains.

Is soft take over enabled in the preferences?

Thanks yes, i think that was it. I needed to move the midi controller slowly and “pickup” the level.
VDMX/Preferences/Slider/Midi-OSC/Pickup- moved from “low” to just a bit towards middle.
