Scale height above 4X

I have a clip which I have cropped in the top/bottom.

I want to scale the height of the clip, but the 4x height in the ‘height’ slider in ‘Size & Pos’ is not enough. How can I scale the clip even more. I tried the image resizer FX plugin, but it doesn’t scale it normally.

Changing the mode to ‘stretch’ helps, but I want to go further!

Can you share a screenshot of what you are talking about? Additionally, the Zoom FX works great.
