So I’ve been playing with a project in VDMX the past few weeks and saving presets as I’ve gone along. I had a setting that I really liked yesterday and VDMX crashed before I could save it as a preset. Is there any way to recover these settings from a crash log or anything like that? I’m pulling my hair out trying to recreate what I’ve lost.
Not that I’m aware of. If you scan through the crash log, it would be difficult to spot “apply this FX, to this layer, and tweak theses values” to get back to where you were.
I think it happens to all of us tho, but it only deepens our familiarity with VDMX after we get back up on our feet and build something new again.
