NDISyphon problem

Hi,

I recently purchased the Newtek NDI cam for my Iphone and downloaded NDISyphon. Unfortunately NDISyphon is not working. When I tried it on my MacPro (Os High Sierra) my iPhone name appeared in the app, but I never get the video preview image after I enable.

With my MacBook Pro (os Sierra) my iPhone is not even detected.

Can you be of assistance?
