Looking for help sending a video through an analog processor back into VDMX and then out again

Hello everyone,

Trying to wrap my head around this one and having a hard time so looking for some help.

I’d like to use VDMX to play a video file and output it to my analog rig which would then be sent back into VDMX using a BM Ultrastudio recorder. From there I’d like to be able to add additional fx using VDMX and then send that signal out to a projector.

Not sure how to best set up VDMX to do this as well as how to send it out and back in. Any help would be appreciated.

What type of Analog signal? Do you have a USB EZCap device to capture RCA or other?

I ended up getting it to work by making my canvas 3840x1080 and having layer 1 on the left hand side send video out to the analog rig (composite), layer 2 on the right hand side receiving and displaying signal from the capture device (Analog rig > BM analog to digital > upscaler > BM Ultrastudio recorder) and then sending that signal out, all using advanced output options.
