Lagging Output when Workspace inspector is open

Hi,
i recently upgraded to vdmx6 and i am on a macbook pro m5.
Every time the workspace inspector is open the output starts lagging hard.

How can i fix/avoid that?

Which version of OSX are you running?

Could it be related to this issue?
