Is there the ability to use the system color picker to select a color from anywhere on the screen; including VDMX video windows? A common workflow for me in OBS is to load a clip, select the background color with the system color picker.
I note the System Color Picker because I use OBS on Mac and Win; and that is how it technically works. The other relevant point is that depending on how MacOS rendering/compositing works IDK if 1) you can “pop out” the system color picker. 2) I don’t know if the system color picker would have access to VDMX’s rendered video.
I would settle for a non-system level color picker; as I am happy loading clips (or sampling from shaders) from withing VDMX.
Hi @RootNotez What are you trying to use the color picker for? Some FX have color inputs where you can use a color picker, and same with certain ISF shaders.
Does this tutorial help?
Or this one?
Thank you, I found the Template called Chroma Key Example; in VDMX. This other links you provided were also helpful, thank you.

Is that the VDMX suggested route to pick a color with a color wheel?
I don’t seem to see the ability to type in, say, a web hex color code?
