Hope for VDMX native on Apple Silicon? Apple introduces an HLSL to Metal shader converter

I’ve yet to move on from VDMX on Intel because I found the Rosetta conversion too laggy, especially when switching shaders. I wonder if Apple’s new push to attract game developers could resurrect hope of a native VDMX running Metal shaders… Video and info here:
