Full screen toogle - fps play out issue

Hi there,
Can someone please tell me why I am having video/sound delay when playing something on external screen? Video is 25 fps, rendering is set to 25 fps. When video plays I can notice delay video/sound and I need to click pause first, play after and the video has no delays. I have Mac Book pro, i7, nvidia 2GB.
