Converting from hap to standard mov

I have encoded a bunch of video files to hap and these are the only versions of these files I have. Now I want to use them outside of VDMX5. How can I batch convert them to a standard mov or mp4?

I’d run ffworks or ffmpeg from terminal using homebrew.
