Capturing Premiere Output into VDMX

Hey everyone, Im scratching my head here. Im trying to capture my program monitor window from Adobe Premiere into VDMX - under built in sources, there is an option to select Premiere, but unlike screen capture in a program like OBS (which allows you to choose which window to use) I only see one option, and its capturing my timeline.

Am I doing something wrong? Is what im trying to do even possible? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I do this but I go through NDI. You can download it free: https://www.ndi.tv/tools
Set your premiere output to NDI (under Playback settings). And there’s a NDI input in vdmx.

How would one go about doing this but the other way around, going from VDMX to Premiere?

personally, i would simply record a hi quality prores recording from VDMX and import into premiere
